Harim

Hey guyz~~

I'm a lil MK who adores God. He's been so good to me at all times, whether or not it feels like the worst time of my life. I've lived in Korea for the first 5 years of my life and then went to New Zealand for 2 years. Let me tell ya, New Zealand is total A-W-E-S-O-M-E-N-E-S-S. No doubt dude. I ran around barefoot everywhere, of course, when my mom wasn't around ;). I met Klein Ovink's there, and I still meet them every year at conference, though sadly I won't be able to this year. Melody and Miriam, the oldest two girls were and still are such a blessing for me. Love you girls! I also met Ju Seon and Ha Young, who were also my best friends. I hadn't seen Ju Seon for a long time, but God has been so kind to let me see her this year. I really hope he will let me see Ha Young soon too!! After that I went back to Korea for 9 months and then left for Turkey.

At first, I hated it. The lil kids there would stare me down saying weird words, which I later found out meant "Japanese girl." Let me tell ya, I almost got in a fight with those kids later on... but now that I'm not in Turkey, it feels oddly quiet :D I went to Turkish school the first 2 years, and met great friends there and I wish I had gotten an address to keep in touch with them. I then went to Co-op, a lil school that was sorta American/International. I went to a class of 5 awesome girls (that includes me btw :P), Amy, Rebecca, Victoria, Hannah, and me. I had so much fun in Co-op, and I miss all the teachers and my friends so much! I've been able to see Rebecca and Victoria last year, but Amy is all the way in the States... I miss ya girl!!!
The last school I was in was OIS, and I saw Hannah in my last year there, and also in most of the conferences. Since OIS is in Ankara and my parents were M's in Gaziantep, I had to stay w/ the Browns for school. They've been such a blessing; Uncle Mick and Aunty Caroline have been most kind and were my second parents, and Katerina was practically my sister- the only older sister I've ever had. I truly miss them now, and hope I will get to see them soon!
The first year of school was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Ms. Morton has got to be THE awesomest 6th grade teacher in the world. And also, the best snack-giving person later on ;). I met Kamelya, a great friend who's so funny, and Kalista, who has been one of the most loyal friends in the world. And also, Sofia. Boy, can that girl argue! :D
My second year was really awesome too. I met Sierra, who is also one of my best friends. I had a SLOW year. Classes dragged, though going to the locker and getting back to class always seemed to be only a second. The next year went fast, however. I think it must have been me knowing that that would be my last year. I tried to make the best out of things, but it didn't always work. But it was a great year, getting to know lots of other people, like Grace (I knew you dude, I just wasn't close before since you were in elemetary school while I was in secondary) and Kathy :D. Those two girls are so FUNNY! Kathy with her jokes, and Grace w/ her undescribable RANDOMNESS. :D I miss you guys!
Now I'm being homeschooled. I felt really lonely and lazy stuffed in a room, sitting all the time except for when I had to change the DVD. I don't blame myself for feeling lazy either. I used to walk to school for about half an hour, run to lockers, do ECA's, and walk back home another half hour. Now I can sleep in a little, sit all the time, and eat and sleep. But I know God has a purpose for this year, maybe to tighten the loosened bonds between me and my family, and really get to know them more. But I truly am praying every day that I would be able to live w/ the Browns again and go to OIS, see Kalista, Kathy, Sierra..... But God is all-knowing, so I know he knows the best for me. I hope all you guys will get to know the God I'm in love with!!
